Pricing starts at $14.00 a square foot.
Design service by
Items Purchased
Custom design services sold by the piece for any area of the home or commercial building. There is never an hourly rate.
Budgets and timelines are always respected.
Design Service by Hour
Custom design services that do NOT include purchasing products from Open House.
An hourly rate of $125 is assessed for creative, design and purchase input where the client purchases product privately or would like staging assistance.
Design drawings, measurements and installation are included in this service.
